WindowsXP Home SP3で、完全個人用パソコン。ネット接続はするけど、他のパソコンなどには繋がない。その他、パソコンで大したことをしない（笑）という条件で。

これ以外に、目に見えないプログラムを停止させるにはCCleanerの機能が単純で分かりやすいと思います。ツール→スタートアップから不要なプログラムを選択して、自動起動を無効化すればOKです。
